Integrations privacy
What Bourdon Meetings reads, keeps, sends and deletes.
Operator: RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“RADLAB”, “we”). This notice covers Bourdon Meetings and the tools you connect to it. It adds to the bourdon.ai privacy policy and, if you use Bourdon Hosted, the hosted privacy policy.
What we read
- Meeting transcripts from a meeting service you connect (Zoom or Google Meet), from a notetaker you import from (Fathom, Fireflies), or from a file you upload.
- The name of the account you connected, so we can show you which one it is.
- Calendar events, only where you connect a calendar and only to attach notes to the matching event.
We do not read your email, your contacts or your files beyond what is listed here.
What we do with it
We turn a transcript into a summary, decisions and follow-ups. You review the result. When you confirm, it is saved to your own Bourdon library, which we reach as you, with the access you granted. When you choose a destination, such as a CRM or a task tool, we send that meeting’s notes there. Nothing is sent to another tool until you send it.
Who processes it
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Fly.io (United States) | Runs Bourdon Meetings and its encrypted storage | Hosting |
| Anthropic (Claude API) | Transcript text | Writing the summary. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API data is not used to train its models and is deleted within 30 days. |
| Deepgram (United States) | Audio you upload | Transcribing audio. We opt every request out of Deepgram’s model improvement program, so the audio is kept only while it is processed and is not used for training. |
| The tools you connect | Only what you send to them | Delivering your notes |
We do not sell your data, show ads, or train models on your meetings.
What we keep, and for how long
- Connection details for automatic imports and for accounts you sign in to from Connections (such as Google Calendar) are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored. Our database never holds a readable token.
- Keys you pastefor a destination on a meeting’s page are kept encrypted in a cookie in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing your cookies removes them.
- Analyzed meetings wait in your inbox until you confirm or discard them. You choose how long a meeting may wait: 14, 30, 90 or 360 days, or until you act on it. New accounts start at 30 days; if you connected before this setting existed, nothing expires until you choose. When the time is up, the meeting is deleted from our storage. A meeting you confirmed or discarded is deleted 30 days after it arrived.
- Delivery history: if you send notes from Connections, the record of what you sent and whether it arrived is kept for the period you choose there: 30, 90 or 365 days, or with no limit. The default is 90 days.
- What you confirmlives in your Bourdon library, not with us. Your library’s own policy covers it.
Disconnecting and deletion
Disconnecting a meeting source deletes its stored connection and its waiting meetings at once, and removes the notification we registered with the provider where the provider has one per connection (Google Meet). You can also remove Bourdon’s access in the provider’s own settings at any time. To ask us to delete anything else we hold about you, write to [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask to see, export, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We answer every request. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), the law may give you further rights; we honor them.
Google user data
Bourdon’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you see on this page, we do not use it for advertising, and people do not read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and say what changed. Contact: [email protected]. RADLAB LLC, Wyoming, United States.
