Your meetings, held in memory your agents can read.

Bourdon Meetings turns a meeting into a summary, decisions and follow-ups, and saves them to your own Bourdon library.

the flow · three steps

How it works

step 1Connect your Bourdon library.
step 2Bring in a meeting: from Zoom or Google Meet, from Fathom or Fireflies, or upload a transcript or a recording.
step 3Review the notes. When you confirm, the decisions and follow-ups land in your library, where your agents can read them.
Nothing goes into your library, or to another tool, until you confirm it.

privacy · who sees what

Your data

Anthropic writes the summary. Deepgram transcribes audio you upload. Neither trains on your meetings. What you confirm lives in your library, not with us, and meetings waiting for review are deleted after the time you choose.

The full details are in the Meetings privacy notice.
